Tom was raised on a farm and dairy and has been farming his whole life. He and his wife, Laura, have been married for 39 years and have lived on their current farm in Conway Springs, Kansas for 30 years where they raised their two sons, Justin and Nolan. Tom represents Syngenta Corn & Soybean Products, Kansas Wheat Alliance, WestBred, AgriPro, AGSECO, Oklahoma Genetics, Sorghum Partners Grain Sorghum, Forage Sorghum and Sudan Seed.
