Application method of self-locking spring balancer

(1) Select the appropriate spring balancer according to the method described above.

(2) When suspending the balancer, always connect the safety chain.

(3) Rotate the adjusting worm to balance the suspended objects. When adjusting the worm, counter clockwise to reduce the balance force; Clockwise, increase the balance force; When the new product leaves the factory, the balance force is set at the middle value. The user can adjust the load value within the upper and lower limits according to the weight of the hanging object. Otherwise, the product with the upper or lower specification shall be replaced.

(4) Do not pull and place the balancer without tools, so as to avoid personal injury caused by sudden recovery of steel rope.

(5) If it is necessary to repair and replace the suspended objects, pull the locking pin on the upper part to make the balancer in the locking state. After repair, it will be restored to the original state. The locking mechanism cannot be pulled and released without reason to avoid affecting the operation.
